Even if you've done combat before, it's always a good idea to refresh yourself on the combat rules. You can also take a look at the event rules, because you will have to learn them, but feel free to skip to character creation for now, just follow the link in the second column below. While you're making your character, you may have a question about how a skill works that is clarified in the event rules, so check there first.
